The Strategic Directions Group actively engages with a wide cross section of government and private organisations, including Local Government organisations. One of these engagement mechanisms is surveys.

These terms and conditions describe how The Strategic Directions Group will collect, use, store and disclose the information you provide when you respond to this survey.

1.1          Personal information

This survey collects personal information, including but not limited to name and surname, job type and title, tenure in role, and employer.

 

1.2        Sensitive organisational information

This survey collects sensitive organisational information, including but not limited to revenue, number of employees, ICT expenditure, key organisational barriers and challenges, software choices and ICT outsourcing.

 

1.3        General organisational information

This survey collects general organisational information, including but not limited to impact of COVID and ICT Service Delivery- related questions.

 

2.     Use of Information and Confidentiality

Data is cleaned, aggregated with others’ responses, de-identified, analysed, reported and published.

Personal information or information that could identify you is not released in the publishing of reports. Your personal information may be used by Strategic Directions to perform work, current and or future, for your organisation.

 

By completing this survey, you agree that your responses may be used by The Strategic Directions Group for future research purposes, for commercial purposes and in the ordinary course of our business in accordance with Strategic Directions Privacy Policy.
